Delivery Time

* Once you place an order on our website, we will ship it within 2 working days from our warehouse.

* Your order will be delivered within 5–6 working days anywhere in India.

Return & Exchange Policy

* If you are not happy with the product, don’t worry — we have a 3-day exchange policy.

* Only unstitched dress materials can be returned or exchanged, and you must inform us **on the same day of delivery**.

* Once we receive the product, we will arrange the exchange.

* Returns will be provided only in the form of a coupon code (credit note). which you can use anytime on our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

* **Money refund is not available.**

* **Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.**

* **Readymade dresses cannot be exchanged** due to hygiene reasons.

* **No exchange is available during heavy discount sales.**

How to Claim an Exchange or Return**

1. You must share **photographic proof** of the product via WhatsApp at **8108211777**.

2. Claims must be reported **on the same day of delivery**.

3. If your claim is accepted, you must return the product within **7 days** of approval.

4. We will arrange the return pickup from your address.

Pickup/delivery charges (around ₹150) must be paid by the customer.**

Refund Policy

* **Money refunds are not available.**

* Only **exchange or credit note** will be provided.

Return Shipping Cost

* For all returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

* We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new product.

* In case of a **defective product**, we will add **₹100** to your credit note.

Delivery Time for Exchange

* Pickup for exchange will take **3 business days** from your address.

* The exchanged product will be delivered within **7 working days** after pick up.
